The development of e-government on the background of modern IT solutions using agent technologies
Abstract
This article presents electronic public administration systems recently developed in Poland, i.e. SEKAP, SEKAP2 and ePUAP and agent systems that can support them. The first part of the paper presents theories about the current state of e-government in Poland. The second part presents information about Polish e-government systems and agent technologies. Authors show different reasons for development of e-government systems based on the research, i.e. trust in e-government, e-participation, citizen engagement and democratic processes, ontologies and intelligent information and knowledge management, cyberinfrastructures for e-government.
