IT strategy in public administration
Abstract
The article presents problems associated with IT strategy document in the public administration. It characterizes and generalizes current trends in IT strategy and the relationship between IT strategy and general business strategy. Author discusses practical solutions concerning the use of the process approach and maps of business processes in the document of strategy. The article is based on the experience of a project in the office of public administration.
