IT Strategy Modelling Support
Abstract
Information technology development encourages business to constantly improve alignment between IT and business strategy. The problem is important not only for those who are not afraid of IT risk, but for all socio-economic organizations (including public administration units). The paper covers presentation of corporate architecture models, IT/business alignment models and ISACA models for IT strategy development. The last part includes discussion on the fundamental role of information technology for the development of IT strategies at public administration institutions and for the openness strategy acceptance by them.
