Business models in sanitary inspection services
Abstract
This paper describes how to construct business models of sanitary inspection’s activities during foodborne epidemics. It also demonstrates how one can investigate the dynamic properties of the obtained business processes. This can be done both for individual processes and a full set (Workflow model).
