Geoinformatics technologies in public administration: analysis of journals
Abstract
Geoinformatics technologies have been widely applied to almost all scientific fields of work and practical human activities. In the case of public administration, their use concern among others spatial planning, environmental protection, architecture, investment processes. The goal of this article is to identify the research directions in application of geoinformatics technology in public administration by reviewing Polish and international geoinformation journals. Critical analysis and bibliometric study have been carried out. Journals are studied for the 2007–2010 period.
