The application of sattelite monitoring in the optimization transport in the police
Abstract
Logistics costs are a major expense accounts departments responsible for national security. Experience in business can be used, but must take into account the specificities of the public sector. In the research project, which was presented in the article, will develop telematics solutions that significantly will decrease transport costs in the Police. In particular, they will be monitoring systems to control fuel consumption. In addition, the project will be prepared for organizational changes that will allow for the reduction of other logistics costs and increase staff motivation.
