Sharing Economy and the Dilemmas of Monetization of Ideas in the Social Network

The digitization of many spheres of life, the development of communication tools, and the ability to analyze large amounts of data obtained from the Internet users as well as an increasing number of devices connected to the Internet, have provided an opportunity to create new business models. More and more often, the concept of a new business does not rely on delivering tangible products but on the provision of services resulting from the contribution to creating and sharing information resources. This article aims to analyze business models successful in the area of sharing economy and to present the authors’ own classification of groups of projects typical for an economy of cooperation.
