Examples of e-government in Poland - a comparative analysis of SEKAP i ePUAP
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the SEKAP and ePUAP portals. First off, the initiatives for building the e-government in Poland have been identified. Particular attention was paid to the internet portals of government services: SEKAP and ePUAP. Then the analysis of functionality and usability is presented. Finally, a discussion on the research findings is given. The achieved results can be useful while undertaking activities aimed at e‐government development in a country and particular regions.
