Knowledge as a Determinant of the Knowledge Transfer between Poland and Portugal (the Ideation Phase)

Abstract
Modern socio-economic processes increasingly rely on the cooperation of science and business. However, the issue of knowledge management is far from using successful tools, which could allow for a comprehensive diagnosis and unambiguous indication of the main inhibitors and stimulators of this cooperation. The main aim of this article is, therefore, a presentation of activities in COTRANS Polish-Portuguese project of researchers’ exchange, which, through effective knowledge management, will lead to the creation of knowledge transfer among economic universities in Poland and Portugal and the SME sector. There are literature reviews and the presentation of the implemented activities under design thinking.
