Model of delivering value from the construction of a smart city
Abstract
Currently, more and more often, a need for a systemic approach in the implementation of the idea of a smart city is evoked. Only this approach allows to achieve the effect of synergy between particular initiatives within the field of smart cities. The article presents an original model for delivering value from the construction of a smart city. Thanks to the model, it is possible to define a portfolio of values expected and determine the actions which are necessary to achieve them.
