Rule-based expert systems as a tool for supporting knowledge management in public administration
Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of using rule-based expert systems technology for knowledge management in public administration domain. The aspect of legislation and law has been emphasized. Some examples of applications of rule-based expert systems in public administration have been also presented.
