Domain maturity models in specification of information systems - higher education case study
Abstract
Preparing information systems specification is always a difficult task. But starting the procedure of public tender for information system, organization should pay special attention to the careful preparation of its own requirements. Maturity models are well known tool of business process improvement but can be also used for verifying specification of information systems. The article describes a procedure of using maturity model to improve system specification and the case of using this procedure in building system specification in higher education domain.
