E-government in the United Nations studies
Abstract
The United Nations is for many years actively involved in studies of information society issues. UN also conducts specialized studies concerning e-government. For nearly a decade UN periodically publishes the E-Government Surveys. Five edition of the study and the relatively slight changes in its methodology allow an attempt to analyze the development of e-government in historical perspective. Against this background the development of Polish e-government is presented.
