Modernization of the State Using IT Technologies Methodological Recommendations for Selection of Strategic Applications of IT Technologies in the State
Abstract
IT Technologies are one of the key elements for increasing the efficiency of public administration. The article attempted to formulate recommendations on the methods for determining modernization of the state. The results were confronted with relevant provisions of the state’s strategic documents. The dissertation concludes with the presentation of general and specific objectives of selected IT projects of strategic importance to Poland.
