Network crowdsourcing in public administration

Abstract
Currently, the information society is constantly evolving along with the use of means of mass communication. Thanks to the Internet, the global medium, the society can express its own strong personality, especially through participation platforms. The prosumer society carries a major potential for creativity and knowledge, which can be used to determine social preferences and expectations in terms of services offered by the public administration. A simultaneous use of crowdsourcing in public administration will allow the isolation of knowledge from the society (the crowd), which could significantly improve customer service in public administration. This article presents an example of crowdsourcing usage in customer service in public administration.
